On Episode No. 5, my buddy Jonathan Mana Gould and myself talked about the book Make Your Bed by Admiral McRaven. In his book he talks about the importance of making your bed each morning because it starts the day with a task achieved.
I am currently on day 36 of my 75 Hard journey and each day has been about accomplishing small tasks and compiling small wins.

Each day you are required to complete two workouts, one of which HAS to be outside, you must drink a gallon of water, take a progress picture, read 10 pages, avoid alcohol, and follow a diet.

Each day you become more proud of your mini milestones, your small wins. Do not over estimate the power of stacking small wins, because it builds momentum and leads to bigger and better accomplishments. Get a planner, schedule your day and start stacking small wins. Constant small wins = consistent long term change.
Every day is a great day to have a great day!
